Unless seller and purchaser expressly agree otherwise in writing, these General Terms and Conditions shall apply in their entirety.

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively; any terms and conditions of the purchaser that are in conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions shall not be recognised, unless the seller has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply if the seller carries out the delivery to the purchaser without reservation while being aware that the purchaser’s terms and conditions are in conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions.
